Create stunning, functional Flower Vessels in our Handbuilt Flower Vessel course. Utilizing handbuilding techniques such as slab building, coil building, and pinching, create objects designed for flower display, exploring a range of sizes and functions. You could explore bud vases, tulipieres, flower bricks, vases, and other methods of floral display.
Whether you’re a beginner or have some clay experience, this course will guide you through the process of building, assembling, and glazing your pieces from start to finish. Add personal touches through texture, decoration, or sculptural elements.
Zoë will provide demonstrations and guidance and ensure your project is both durable and functional for everyday use. By the end of the class, you’ll have at least one large, and potentially some small, flower vessels, ready to be utilized for the summer blooms.
