Break Down: All materials included (Clay, tools, glazes, decorating materials). Firings included. Each week focuses on coils, slab, pinching, and decorating/glazing techniques. Studio white clay.

This class is ideal for beginners- no prior experience with clay is needed.

Dive into the world of clay with our Intro Handbuilding class, where you’ll explore the depth of handbuilding in a supportive, creative environment. 

Learn the basics of working with clay without a wheel, using techniques like pinching, coiling, and slab building to create unique, personalized pieces such as mugs, bowls, or small sculpture.

Heather will guide you through each technique with step-by-step demonstrations and hands-on support, helping build confidence as you go. By the end of the course, you’ll have a variety of pieces that you’ve created from start to finish, along with the skills to continue your ceramics journey!
